25.7 kW (DC) Solar Array For Home near Mattoon, Illinois
This project consisted of a 23.1 kW (DC) array installed in fall 2014 followed by a phase 2 expansion of nine (9) additional solar panels in 2016. This system with Enphase microinverters generates approximately 35,000 kWh per of year of electricity.
27.8 kW (DC) Solar Installation & Electrical Upgrade for Little Grassy Hunting Club in Southern, Illinois (Anna-Jonesboro, IL)
This project included a complete upgrade to the electrical service for this farm, hunting club and owner’s home in addition to installation of eighty-four (84) Suniva 330 Watt solar panels, power optimizers and two (2) SolarEdge SE10000 inverters.
9.66 kW (DC) Solar Panel Installation, Marion, IL
This project features two subarrays – one 3.45 kW (DC) section with 10 panels facing south and another twenty (20) panels totaling 6.9 kW (DC) facing west. This was an ideal application for SolarEdge power optimizers and inverter solution which were included and used to work around the different subarray orientations.
9.6 kW (DC) Rooftop Mounted Solar Array, Pekin, IL
This project featured twenty-eight (28) Solarworld 345 Watt solar modules, power optimizers, and SolarEdge SE7600 inverter. This system is anticipated to provide over 90% of the owner’s annual electrical requirements. The owner plans to purchase an electric vehicle and convert more load from gas to electricity. Space is available to expand the solar array by one additional row.
8.2 kW (DC) Roof Mounted Solar Panels, Swansea, IL (Metro East St. Louis)
This project featured twenty-four (24) Solarworld 345 Watt solar modules, power optimizers, and one (1) SolarEdge SE7600 inverter. This system is anticipated to provide nearly 100% of the owner’s annual electrical requirements.
